Banana Split!

In groups, we had to collaborate and negotiate the amount of money we thought we should get if each banana was to be sold for 30p. Each person had a different role including banana worker, plantation owner, shipper, supermarket and importer. After much discussion, we were surprised at the way the money was shared out! What surprised you about this activity?
